The Patriots finished the 1975 season with a 3-11-0 record. A very disappointing record for third year head coach Chuck Fairbanks. Starting QB Jim Plunkett went down with an injury and started only five games. Rookie QB Steve Grogan didn't post many victories but showed potential for a starting job.
