Way, way back in the olden days, Sep 7, 2025, the first week of the 2025 season the Buffalo Bills mount an incredible comeback and defeat the Ravens. Down fifteen points with just over sixteen minutes left to go in the game. Josh Allen runs for two TD's and passes for another. Then leads the Bills to a game winning field goal with no time left on the clock.

Right then I should have known this season was going to be full of blown leads and improbable comebacks. Thursday, the Rams, my pick, had a sixteen point lead with just over thirteen minutes left to go in the game. The Packers, my pick, for 59+ minutes were never behind in the game. Hmm, this is proof of my sworn nemesis, the Atlanta Falcons, conspiring with other teams to take me down. Oh, how diabolical of them. From here on out, I am going to place an incantation on my picks to counteract their treachery.

Upsets. After watching two of my picks lose (who should've won), I am already upset. I don't really have any upset picks this week. The games that should be good and also affect playoff seeding, TB@CAR, JAX@DEN and NE@BAL.
