After the 2019 season how did he manage to keep his job? Evidently, mediocrity gets you a long term gig in the NFL, other examples Mike Tomlin, Trevor Lawrence and Kyler Murray. But I would think come Jan 5, 2026 the Dolphins will be looking for a new head coach and looking to rebuild.
